The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) is seeking proposals from firms or teams of firms experienced in urban area and regional transportation planning, transit planning, alternative systems planning, transportation safety planning, public involvement, traffic analysis, financial analysis, project identification and prioritization, and non-motorized transportation planning, necessary to support ARC in the development of Comprehensive Transportation Plan for the cities of north Fulton County.
