The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) is seeking proposals to purchase Resilience and Climatological Data to develop a Transportation Vulnerability Assessment Tool (TVAT). The purchase will encompass climatological data that includes current rainfall, riverine flooding, pluvial flooding, and future projections based on various climate scenarios. Any contract award for this procurement is contingent upon ARC receiving adequate funding for this purchase from the U.S. Federal Highway Administration via its Promoting Resilient Operations for Transformative, Efficient, and Cost-saving Transportation (PROTECT) Grant program. ARC intends to award the contract during CY 2026 to cover work lasting until CY 2030.
