The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) is seeking proposals from firms or teams of firms experienced in providing program development and pop-up infrastructure planning and implementation, as well as evaluation and data analysis, in the field of school-based transportation, roadway safety, or similar/related fields, for metropolitan areas comparable to the 20-county area of Metro Atlanta.
**All documents must be combined and submitted as one complete proposal.**
