The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) is seeking proposals from a firm or team of firms (referred to as consultant) experienced in housing data analysis, housing production strategies, and stakeholder engagement to assist in developing a Regional Housing Strategy to support the ARC’s housing work. The Scope of Services for the work is attached as Attachment A and provides information regarding the level of effort required, as well as specific tasks to be accomplished. Successful firms or teams of firms should be able to demonstrate experience in providing thorough strategic advice and technical services in a broad range of needs, including housing data and land use analysis, housing policies and best practices, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and identifying and tracking methods and barriers for funding housing development and preservation.
