Atlanta Regional Commission (“ARC”) is requesting proposals from qualified vendors (“Vendor”) for a Contract Lifecycle Management Solution (CLMS) with an option for a later phase of E-procurement system implementation in the same solution. ARC’s Office of General Counsel seeks a Contract Lifecycle Management system that will manage contract drafting requests, templates and contract development, third party negotiations within a single system, contract execution, and a contract repository with reminders for administration.
