Cancellation Notice

Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) hereby cancels RFQ for General Engineering and Planning Services in its entirety. The reconciliation bill rescinded all unobligated funds in the Neighborhood Access and Equity grant program, zeroing out the Flint River Gateway Trails grant. Because of that action, the ARC is cancelling the RFQ for General Engineering and Planning services issued on December 12, 2024.

The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC), the regional planning and inter-governmental coordination agency for the Atlanta region, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (RFQs) from qualified firm(s) or organization(s) to provide general engineering and planning services.  These services will support ARC in its drive to expedite, implement, and deliver critical initiatives within the 19-county Metropolitan Planning Area or other defined regional boundaries as appropriate.  These include immediate work on the Flint River Gateway Trails (FRGT) initiative and the Charging and Fueling Infrastructure (CFI) program.  Both projects result from federal grants in which ARC is a direct recipient of funding from the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) at the U.S. Department of Transportation (U.S. DOT).
