The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) is seeking proposals from firms or teams of firms experienced in transportation policy, multimodal planning, and technical support necessary to support ARC in undertaking certain tasks during calendar years 2026-2027 related to preparation of the next update to the Regional Transportation Systems Management and Operations (TSMO) Plan and Regional Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Architecture Update (here after referred to as the TSMO Plan Update).
